Creating a Video with Old Saw is a Collaborative Process
STEP 1
CONCEPT IDEATION & STRATEGY
What type of video are we making? What is the goal of our project together? We will throw some ideas around and strategize on how to get there.
STEP 2
PLANNING & PRE-PRODUCTION
Scripts, storyboards, locations, props, schedules, and outlines—no two projects look the same, but every great project starts with a solid plan

PRODUCTION
Now it’s time for the actual shoot days. We’ll show up on location with our crew and begin capturing your vision

POST-PRODUCTION & MASTERING
Back in the editing bay, we turn the raw files into a finished product.
We specialize in colour grading and audio mastering as well, so you know you’re getting a quality video that punches far above it’s weight.

Jesse runs the show at Old Saw Studio, he holds a Bachelor of Commerce from The King’s University in Edmonton and two decades of video making experience - from silly sketches with his friends during his teenage years to now producing brand videos for the top companies in Canada.
DENVER CAPCARA, PRODUCTION MANAGER
Denver is a waterski-loving, outdoors enthusiast who fell in love with film making when he got out of high school. His expertise for RED Cinema Camera’s and the nitty gritty functions of Davinci Resolve’s colouring software make him an invaluable addition to the team.
